Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks XIV and XV, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land proclaimed as Road. Being Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 1 32·9 Part Allotment 18 (D.P. 23370) XIV and XV Opaheke P.W.D. 106220 Blue.
1 1 38·7 Part Allotment 9 (Koheroa Parish) (S.O. 30507.) (Auckland R.D.) XV " "," Yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

Approximate Area of the Piece of Road closed. Adjoining Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 3 1 19·1 Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 23338, being parts Allotments 115 and 117, Mangatawhiri Parish, part Allotment 18 (D.P. 23370), and Allotment 9, Koheroa Parish (S.O. 30507.) (Auckland R.D.) XIV and XV Opaheke P.W.D. 106220 Green.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of March, 1941.
