The Strike and Lockout Emergency Regulations 1939.—Appointment of Emergency Disputes Committee.
IN pursuance of the powers in that behalf conferred upon me by the Strike and Lockout Emergency Regulations 1939, I, William Edward Parry, acting for the Minister of Labour, do hereby appoint the following persons to be an Emergency Disputes Committee for the purposes of the said regulations, and do refer to that committee a dispute which has arisen between Thos. Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940.
PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of heavy trade-motors, shall not apply to Ivan Thomas Johnson, of Te Awamutu.
