Trevor Will Hancock, Able Seaman, Official Number A/1394, as Probationary Sub-Lieutenant, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), to date 31st December, 1940.
William Robinson Gower Reid, Able Seaman, Official Number W/3724, as Probationary Sub-Lieutenant, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), to date 1st January, 1941.

Surgeon Lieutenant Ian Brandon Ewart, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), promoted to Surgeon Lieutenant-Commander, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), with seniority of 9th October, 1940.
