Crown Land set apart for a Post-office in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority an anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate area of the piece of land set apart:
12-59 perches.
Being part Allotment 184, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City
of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31341.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
109590, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
March, 1941.

required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land : 5 acres 25-4 perches.
Being Lots 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 7080, and Lots 14, 15,
and 16, D.P. 8752, being parts Rural Section 1730.
Situated in the Borough of Timaru (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110398,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in
the Schedule hereto,

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 rood 6-5 perches.
Being part Allotment 105, Suburbs of Hokianga.
Situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30911.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109651,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 2 roods
21 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 6684, part of Town Section 664, Napier.
Situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109805,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
March, 1941.
