Declaring Roumania to be an Enemy Country for the Purposes
of the Enemy Property Emergency Regulations 1939, and
the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Enemy Property Emergency
Regulations 1939, and the Enemy Trading Emergency
Regulations 1939, and of every other power and authority
in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare Roumania to be an
enemy country for the purposes of the Enemy Property
Emergency Regulations 1939, and the Enemy Trading
Emergency Regulations 1939; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-
eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
February, 1941.

Altering the Boundaries of the Waitomo Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act,
1925, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries
of the Waitomo Electric-power District so as to include the
area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Waitomo
County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern
corner of Section 6, Block VIII, Otanake Survey District;
thence in an easterly direction generally along the southern
boundaries of Pukenui 2k No. 1, 2U No. 3, Rangitoto-Tuhua
64r, 64s, 64k, 70B, 2A, and 68A 1 Blocks; thence in a generally
south-easterly direction along the western boundaries of
Rangitoto-Tuhua 26F 2A Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Section 1,
Block V, Pakaumanu Survey District, Section 4, Block IX,
Pakaumanu Survey District, and Sections 1, 2, and 4, Block X,
Pakaumanu Survey District, to and across the Kopaki East
Road; thence along that road to the Mokau River, and up
that river to the westernmost corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A
2c 4B Block in Block XVI, Pakaumanu Survey District;
thence along the western boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A
2c Nos. 4B and 4A, 36A 2B and 36A 1B 1 Blocks, to the
northernmost corner of Section 6, Block III, Pahi Survey
District; thence in a generally westerly direction along the
northern boundaries of Section 6 aforesaid, Sections 3 and 10,
Block I, Pahi Survey District, the crossing of Maniaiti Road,
the northern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 79F 2 and part
79F 1, the western boundary of part 79F 1, the north-eastern
boundaries of 68I 2A 1, the crossing of the North Island Main
Trunk Railway, 68I 2B Nos. 6B, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 Blocks,
the generally eastern and northern boundaries of Section 4,
Block IV, Mapara Survey District, the eastern and northern
boundaries of Section 1 of aforesaid Block IV, the eastern
boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 68E 1 Block and the southern
boundary of Block II, Mapara Survey District, to the Mokau
River; thence down that river to the south-eastern corner
of Section 6, Block VIII, Otanake Survey District; thence
along the eastern boundary of that section to the point of
commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 110482, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
March, 1941.
