Social Security Act, 1938.—Medical Benefits.

Wellington, 26th February, 1941.

IN accordance with the provisions of clause 25 of the Social Security (Medical Benefits) Regulations 1941, I, Arnold Henry Nordmeyer, Minister of Health for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby fix each calendar month as from the 1st day of March, 1941, and the 16th day of each such calendar month as an accounting period and an accounting date respectively for the purpose of computing amounts payable from the Social Security Fund to any medical practitioner by way of capitation fees.

PURSUANT to section seventy-nine of the Social Security Act, 1938, I, Arnold Henry Nordmeyer, Minister of Health for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby determine that medical benefits in accordance with the said Act (as amended by Part II of the Finance Act (No. 4), 1940) will be available throughout New Zealand on and after the 1st day of March, 1941.
