A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael
Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
2 acres 0 roods 27·8 perches.
Being part Sections 8 and 37, Block I, Town of Ranfurly;
coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
Approximate areas of the pieces of road closed :—

District, and Sections 11 and 12, Block I,
Town of Ranfurly; coloured green.

issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day

the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 27·4 perches.
Adjoining Sections 53 and 59, Glenham Settlement, and Lot 9,
D.P. 269, being part Section 13.
Situated in Block V, Wyndham Survey District (South-
land R.D.). (S.O. R747.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109291,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day
of February, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public domain set apart:
2 roods 37·56 perches.
Being part Lot 5, D.P. 23358, being part Allotments 95, 96,
and 97, Town of Hamilton East.

Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
