A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods
34·2 perches.
Being part Lot 18, D.P. 1825, being part Whataupoko
No. I Block.
Situated in Block XIV, Waimata Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.). (S.O. 1551, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103633,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand,
and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th
day of February, 1941.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael
Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
8·72 perches.
Being part Section 59, Grey District (Borough of New
Plymouth).
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O.
7906.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109890,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand,
and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th
day of February, 1941.

issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day
