NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of subsections (1) and (3) of section 241 of the Companies Act, 1933, that a meeting of the creditors of the said Winefield McPherson, Limited (in liquidation), will be held in the office of the liquidator, Mr. ROBERT JAMES COOK, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, situate at No. 174 Princes Street, Dunedin, on Saturday, the 3rd day of January, 1942, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of laying the liquidator's account, prepared in accordance with subsection (1) of the said section 241, before the meeting and giving an explanation thereof.

Mansford and Rodden's office, National Mutual Building, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

THE Vincent County Council at a meeting held on the 23rd day of October, 1941, delegated its powers in respect of the Bannockburn Water-supply Area to the persons following and appointed them a Committee of Management in respect of the said area:
