LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE.

An APPLICATION has been made to the above company
to issue a new certificate of title to shares Nos. 326425
to 326604, both inclusive, in lieu of original Certificate No. 1530
issued in the name of Walter Ernest Brian Dunningham, of
Auckland, and the said Walter Ernest Brian Dunningham
has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate
of title to the said shares has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from
date hereof there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate, a
new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company, duly convened
and held on the 2nd day of December, 1941, the following
special resolution was duly passed :—
“That, as the company has disposed of its business, the
company be wound up voluntarily, and that F. P. D.
JEFFERIES, of Stratford, Public Accountant, be and is hereby
appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the
provisions of the Education Act, 1914, and its amendments, to execute a certain public work, namely—to acquire
a school-site and playgrounds in the City of Nelson—and for
the purpose of such public work the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be taken under the provisions
of the Public Works Act, 1928 : And notice is hereby further
given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited at the offices of the Education Board of the District
of Nelson and is there open for inspection; and that all
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
by the taking of the said land are required, if they have any
well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public
work or to the taking of the said land, to set forth the same in
writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of
the District of Nelson at its address, being Shelbourne Street
in the City of Nelson.

In the matter of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Christchurch
Drainage Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 2).

IN pursuance of section 16 (1) of the Christchurch Drainage Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 2), and the terms
under which the securities authorized by the said Order were issued, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held
on the 23rd day of September, 1941, resolved to exercise the option contained in the securities in respect of the under-
mentioned debentures of the Christchurch Drainage Board Conversion Loan 1934 (No. 2).
And public notice is hereby given of the Christchurch Drainage Board’s intention to redeem the undermentioned debentures
of the Christchurch Drainage Board Conversion Loan, 1934 (No. 2), on the 30th day of June, 1942, and interest thereon will
cease on the said day.
