NOTICE is hereby given that His Excellency the Governor-General has, pursuant to section 49 of the Land Act, 1924, been pleased to reappoint

George William Stuart

to be a member of the Land Board of the Land District of Otago for a further term of two years from the 15th day of January, 1942, and

Donald Faulkner, and
John O’Shannessy

to be members of the Land Board of the Land District of Southland for further terms of two years from the 6th day of December, 1941, and the 27th day of January, 1942, respectively.

to be Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Kaikohe for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, on and from the 3rd day of December, 1941.

Robert McKay Kennerley

to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Mokai, on and from the 27th November, 1941.
