HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
such land being no longer required for the public work for
which it was taken.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become
Government road.

Authorizing the Acquisition of Land notwithstanding the
Provisions as to Limitation of Area.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of
December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section two hundred and forty-six of the
Native Land Act, 1931, and all other powers him
enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by
and with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize
the disposition to and the acquisition by the Presbyterian
Church Property Trustees of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XII
of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
All that area of land in the Provincial District of Auckland
containing 1 rood 33·98 perches, more or less, being Lots 56
and 57 of the Town of Ohope Extension No. 1, shown on a
plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland under
No. 22908, being part of Allotment 246a No. 2 of the Parish
of Waimana, and being part of the land comprised and
described in Certificate of Title, Volume 633, folio 6, Auckland
Registry; and all that area of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland containing 3 acres 0 roods 10·8 perches, more
or less, being Lot 1 on a plan deposited as aforesaid under
No. 23964, being part of Allotment 246a No. 2 of the Parish
Waimana, and being part of the land comprised and
described in the said Certificate of Title, Volume 633, folio 6.
