A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street :—

Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Borough of Oamaru), (Otago R.D.) (S.O. 9276.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112770, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All situated in Block III, Cobden Survey District (Borough of Runanga), (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4267.)
All in the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112777, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the land described in the Schedule hereto has been completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.

Extending Time for holding General Election of Trustees of the Otekaike Drainage Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section twenty-two of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby extend the time for holding the general election of trustees of the Board of the Otekaike Drainage District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the aforesaid drainage district the said general election shall be held and take place on Saturday, the fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street, off Hawthorne Road, in the City of Christchurch, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.
