In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112884, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 29·8 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 3056, part Pukepoto A 3 Block (formerly known as Rangitoto-Tuhua 60B); coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

LAND TAKEN.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5·7 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 3056, part Puketoto A 3 Block (formerly known as Rangitoto-Tuhua 60B); coloured red.

All situated in Block IX, Tangitu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7845.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109903, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1941.
