A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

Easement over Land taken for the Purposes of a Right-of-way in the Kaitaia Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, as amended by section sixty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1939, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that for the purposes of providing access to the Kaitaia Post-office an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way with the right for His Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way, and that such right-of-way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is taken: 6·06 perches.
Being part Lot 94, D.P. 10009, being part O.L.C. 7.
Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Kaitaia Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31729.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111423, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land to which easement is appurtenant: 1 rood.
Being part O.L.C. 7, being the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 530, folio 176, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

Altering the Boundaries of the Bay of Islands Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Bay of Islands Electric-power District so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas of land situated in the North Auckland Land District, comprising the whole of the Counties of Whangaroa and Hokianga as at present constituted. As the same are delineated on the sheets marked 3 and 2 of the plan marked P.W.D. 95221, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon hatched red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1941.
