Land taken for Workers' Dwellings in Block IV, Mata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for workers' dwellings and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waiapu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 12 acres. Being part Waikohu No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block IV, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1607, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106037, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a postmaster's residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 26.6 perches. Being part Sections 480 and 481, Town of Westport (Borough of Westport) (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9276.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113017, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke's Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
