to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the
execution of such work or to the taking of such land, and to
send such writing, within forty days from the first publication
of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of
Wellington, the offices of which are situated in Abel Smith
Street in the City of Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933,
notice is hereby given that the final meeting of members
of Carba Dry Ice (N.Z.), Ltd., will be held in the offices of
Messrs. Logan and Vivian, 5 Bond Street, Dunedin, on
Tuesday, the 20th day of January, 1942, at 5.15 p.m., for
the purpose of laying the final account of the liquidation
before the meeting.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933,
notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and
held on the 5th day of December, 1941, the following special
resolution was duly passed :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
MAURICE VINCENT BATES, of Auckland, Public Accountant,
be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
