WAITANE SAWMILLING AND AFFORESTATION, LIMITED.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of Waitane Sawmilling and Afforestation, Limited.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand (Otago and Southland District), dated the 23rd day of December, 1940, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £65,000 to £53,587 10s., and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above Act, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of January, 1941. And further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following:—

"The capital of Waitane Sawmilling and Afforestation, Limited, is £53,587 10s., divided into 41,775 preference shares of £1 each and 23,625 ordinary shares of 10s. each, reduced from £65,000 divided into 41,775 preference shares of £1 each, 22,825 ordinary shares of £1 each, and 800 ordinary shares of 10s. each. At the time of the registration of this minute, 12,805 of the said preference shares of £1 each are issued, and upon 10,755 of these shares numbered as follows the sum of £1 1s. is to be deemed to have been paid up on each share:—
