Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required
for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 25·98 perches.
Being part Lot 1 of Section 14 (D.P. 329), being part
Allotment 39, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of
Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25089.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74266,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
January, 1941.

Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section
thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 16·5
perches.
Being portion of Section 110, Epuni Hamlet.

Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District. (S.O.
20601.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109015,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
January, 1941.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres
3 roods 1·7 perches.
Being part Waikohu Block.

Situated in Block II, Waikohu Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.). (S.O. 1591, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103270,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
January, 1941.

Block XIV, Hamilton Survey District, and Block II, Puniu
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirty-first
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 105, of the
seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty nine, at page 2430, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Auckland as No. 10015, taking land for the purposes
of a road in Block XIV, Hamilton Survey District, and
Block II, Puniu Survey District, as affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
