SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN THE AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Mount Roskill Road District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District being the eastern corner of Lot 86 on Deposited Plan 20651; thence in a south-westerly direction by the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid lot; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western boundary of the aforesaid lot and its production to its intersection with the south-eastern alignment of Beagle Avenue; thence in a south-westerly direction by the aforesaid alignment to its intersection with the south-western alignment of Tyburnia Avenue to its intersection with the production of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 100 on Deposited Plan 20651; thence in a south-westerly direction by the aforesaid production and boundary to the southern corner of the aforesaid Lot 100; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western boundaries of Lots 100, 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, and 91 on Deposited Plan 20651 to the western corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence by a right line across a road reserve to the southern corner of Lot 90 on Deposited Plan 20651; thence in a south-westerly direction by the south-eastern boundary of Lot 89 on Deposited Plan 20651 to its southernmost corner; thence along the boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District in a northerly direction by the western boundaries of Lots 89 and 88 on Deposited Plan 20551 and the western boundary of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 17748 and its production to its intersection with the centre-line of Owairaka Road; thence generally in an easterly direction by the centre-lines of Owairaka Road and Mount Albert Road to the intersection with the eastern alignment of Beagle Avenue produced; thence in a south-westerly direction by the aforesaid production and eastern alignment of Beagle Avenue to the northern corner of Lot 86 on Deposited Plan 20651; thence in a south-easterly direction by the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Lot 86 to the point of commencement. As the same area is more particularly delineated on Plan Numbered I.A. 103/1/9, deposited in the office of the Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Lauder Survey District, Otago Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of December, 1940.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a quarry over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a Native school-site over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Constituting the Pourakino Rabbit District.β

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of December, 1940.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section thirty of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, on petition in that behalf signed by a majority of the persons qualified to be enrolled on the ratepayers list for any proposed district, constitute and declare any area of land of not less than one thousand acres a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas in pursuance of the provisions of the said section thirty of the said Act a petition has been received praying that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto be constituted and declared a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, and it is deemed expedient to give effect to the prayer of the petitioners accordingly :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby constitute by the specific name of the Pourakino Rabbit District and declare that area of land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a rabbit district under and for the purpose of Part II of the said Act, and doth hereby further declare that the basis on which the Board to be established for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be on the basis of the acreage of the rateable property in the said district.
SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE POURAKINO RABBIT DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, County of Wallace, situate in the Aparima and Jacobs River Hundreds, containing 31,600 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: Towards the east and south-east generally by the Aparima or Jacobs River; towards the south generally by the Jacobs River Estuary; towards the west generally by the Pourakino River; and towards the north generally by Blocks VI, V, and I, Aparima Hundred, and by a public road along the southern boundaries of Lots 27, 26, and 29, D.P. 120, Block I, Aparima Hundred.

Declaring a Public Highway to be a Main Highway.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this 24th day of December, 1940.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and after the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, the road described in the Schedule hereto shall be a main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.
