A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
10 acres 2 roods.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 292, being parts Sections 56, 265,
closed road, and Section 282 (Flaxbourne and Flaxbourne
Run R.D.); coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres
2 roods.
Adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 292, being part
Section 265 (Flaxbourne Run R.D.); coloured green.

All situated in Block XVI, Cape Campbell Survey District
(S.O. R. 511/65.)

All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
106312, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of

Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 28 perches.
Being portion of Kakahi Terrace adjacent to Sections 13,
17, and 18, Block VII, Owahango Township.

Situated in Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District. (S.O.
20546.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109596,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of

District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
12·8 perches.
Being part Section 36, Village of Taupiri.

Situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland

power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserves described in the
Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102946,
