Wilfred Daniel Drake, Esquire, entered as Temporary Lieutenant, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), to date 3rd December, 1940, and appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional for duty in Navy Office, Wellington, as a Merchant Shipping Officer.

Joseph Hall, Esquire, entered as Temporary Lieutenant, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), to date 5th December, 1940, and appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional for duty at Navy Office, Wellington, as a Merchant Shipping Officer.

Eric Mainland Foster, Esquire, entered as Temporary Lieutenant, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), to date 6th December, 1940, and appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional for duty at Navy Office, Wellington, as a Merchant Shipping Officer.
