IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that by means of an entry in the minute-book of Arthur Eady, Limited, on the 2nd day of September, 1940, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, it was resolved :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily and that FRANCIS ALFRED CAMPBELL, of Auckland, Company-manager, be appointed liquidator thereof.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between FRANK STANLEY PEARSON and ALEXANDER WILLIAM CROWE at Te Aroha, and carrying on business as Radio-dealers, was dissolved as at 31st March, 1940. The partnership business has been taken over and is being carried on by Mr. F. S. Pearson under the name of “ Pearson’s Radio Service.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of W. H. PRICE AND SON, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court dated the 2nd day of August, 1940, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £15,000 to £9,000 and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 4th day of September, 1940.

Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an agreement entered into on the 7th day of June, 1940, between the above-named company of the first part, F. C. Price of the second part, and the said F. C. Price, Mrs. Emily Price, and W. H. Price of the third part, and made in contemplation of the above-mentioned reduction of capital, the capital of the above-named company was, subsequently to such reduction being confirmed, increased from £9,000 to £14,000 by the issue of 5,000 preference shares of £1 each, and that such preference shares have been allotted as provided in the said agreement.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th day of September, 1940, in pursuance of section 300 (1) of the Companies Act, 1933, the following resolution was passed :—

“ That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that there is no advantage in the company’s carrying on its business, the company be accordingly wound up, and that EDWARD NICOL SUTHERLAND, of Wellington, Company Director, be, and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

All persons or companies having claims against the company are required to send full particulars to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of September, 1940, otherwise they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of assets.
