deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the
land in Mahinapua Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Visiting Forces Act, 1939, shall come into force on the
thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
and forty.
