NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that, unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within on month from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.
