SCHEDULE.

ELTHAM DISTRICT BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.—ADDITIONAL AREA.

ALL that area of land situated within the Hawera County and bounded by a line commencing on the Eltham District Pool boundary, as previously gazetted, at the south-east corner of Section 52, Block XVI, Kaupokonui, Survey District; thence continuing in a southerly direction across Sections 54 and 55, Block XVI aforesaid, to the southern boundary of the said Section 55; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of the said Section 55 and Sections 59 and 62, Block XIII, Ngaire Survey District, to the Waingongoro Stream; thence continuing in a generally northerly direction along the Waingongoro Stream to meet the Eltham District Pool boundary, as previously gazetted, at the south-east corner of Section 61, Block XIII, Ngaire Survey District; thence continuing along the said Eltham District Pool boundary in a generally westerly direction to the south-east corner of Section 52, Block XVI, Kaupokonui Survey District, being the original point of commencement.

Election of Members of the Ohura Valley Bobby Calf Pool Committee.


PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that

Charles Edward Stewart,
Robert Maurice Kelly,
William Sandison,
Frank Hagensen, and
Ernest Alfred Eastwood

have been duly elected to be members of the Ohura Valley Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.


PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby declare that this notice shall take effect on the 30th day of August, 1940.

OHURA VALLEY BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land situated within the Ohura County and bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the Ohura Road with the main highway, Section 1, Block IX, Tangitu Survey District; thence continuing along the main highway to Section 1, Block V aforesaid; thence along the northern boundary of Section 8, then southerly along the western boundary of Section 9 to the northern boundary of Section 13, Block V aforesaid; thence along the Tapuiwahine Road to the junction of the Kakara Road; thence continuing along the Kakara Road to its junction with the Ohura-Mokau Road; thence along the northern boundary of Section 4, Block VIII, Aria Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Aria Survey District, to the junction of the Waikaka Stream; thence westerly along the said stream to the boundary of Section 7, Block XI, Aria Survey District; thence in a northerly direction along the northern boundary of Section 7, to the point where it meets the boundary of Block X, Aria Survey District; thence northerly and westerly along the northern boundary of Block X, Aria Survey District, to the Waitewhena Road to the north-eastern corner of Section 1, Block IX, Aria Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction along the boundaries of Sections 1 and 2, Block IX, Aria Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block XIII, Aria Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Ohura Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Section 2 aforesaid, to the southern boundary of Block X, Mokau Survey District; thence along the southern boundary of Block X aforesaid, to the Tawhitiraupoka Trig. The Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940.—Notice fixing Prices of certain Grades.


Office of Minister of Marketing,
Wellington, 15th August, 1940.

PURSUANT to Regulation 5: 1 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940, I hereby fix the following prices per bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons of fancy grade and commercial grade respectively delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.

The prices are fixed on an average basic price of 6s. 3d. for sufficient fruit which when cured will pack a bushel case.

Period of delivery (both days inclusive): 16th August to 30th September, 1940—
