ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
August, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
David Jamieson Bruce,
Neil Joseph Benedict Dougherty,
Frederick William Albert Julian,
John Lawrence Ryan, and
William Sandison
to be the Niho Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Monday, the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and forty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Niho Niho Hall as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.-NIHO DOMAIN.
ALL that area containing 7 acres 0 roods 25 perches, more
or less, being Allotment l on D.P. No. 5108, and being
part of Ohura South K 4, Section 2B No. ID, Section 2,
on the public map of Ohura Survey District (Block III),
and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol.
132, folio 29, Taranaki Registry.

Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Thomas Clement Robinson,
Harry Maurice Crosleigh Dampier-Crossley,
George Popplewell,
Angus Alexander Munro, and
John Thomson
to be the Rotherham Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Thursday, the twenty-fourth day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and forty, at two o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Rotherham Hall as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Appointment of Dillmans Domain Board revoked.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of
August, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the twenty-
second day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-
fifth day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to
have control of the Dillmans Domain;
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order
in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council
of the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-two.

Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day
of August, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
declare that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land
District described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the
same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act,
and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Opunake
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as
a public domain by the Opunake Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 1 to 12 inclusive, Block VII, Town of Opunake:
Area, 3 acres, more or less.
Section l, Block IX, Opunake Survey District : Area,
2 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less.

Area, 2 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less.

Parks Act, 1928.

Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do
hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation
in the North Auckland Land District described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought
under the operation of and declared to be subject to the
provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Opua Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

All that area in Block V, Russell Survey District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 24 perches, more or less,
being Section l, Block VII, Town of Opua.
