Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block XV,
Ohinemuri Survey District, Ohinemuri County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land
in Ohinemuri Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
1 acre 1 rood 36·1 perches.
Being portion of Section 172; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods
20·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 98, 122, and 172;
coloured green.
All situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30740.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108134,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
August, 1940.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
