A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waitoa and Aroha Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 0·18 perches.

Being part D.P. 1532, being part Section 135.

Situated in Block XVII, Tokomairiro Survey District (Borough of Milton) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9148.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1940.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·71 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 257 of Section 2, Town of Opotiki.

Situated in the Borough of Opotiki (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4097, blue.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107401, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
