EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 474, folio 91 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Lots 36 and 37 on Deposited Plan 19099, and being part of Allotment 35 of the Parish of Waikomiti, whereof CHARLES WILLIAM ROBINSON, of Auckland, Gentleman, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 15th day of August, 1940.

Vol. 93, folio 134, and all the land in the said Lease No. 9005, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said Memorandum of Lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional lease as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a Transmission of Mortgage No. 117110, affecting 1 rood 18·2 perches, more or less, being part Lots 15 and 16 on Deposited Plan No. 262, part Section 240, Town of Palmerston North, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 166, folio 214 (Wellington Registry), of which CHARLES HAYWARD IZARD and THOMAS SHAILER WESTON, both of Wellington, Solicitors, are registered mortgagees, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the outstanding duplicate of the said Mortgage No. 117110, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to dispense with production of the said outstanding duplicate under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, and to register such transmission as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
