DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between SIDNEY LLOYD JOHN BOOT and HAROLD ROWE carrying on business as boxmakers and timber-merchants at 123 New North Road, Auckland, under the name of Stanley Box and Timber Company, has been dissolved as from the 2nd August, 1940, and that henceforth the said Sidney Lloyd John Boot will carry on the business at the same address and under the same name on his own account.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that I.X.L. Manufacturing Company, Limited, has changed its name to I.X.L. Softgoods Manufacturing Company, Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.
