Appointment of Member, Government Railways Appeal Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Government Railways Amendment Act, 1927, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Railways, do hereby appoint as a member of the Government Railways Appeal Board, Henry Charles Langford, a member of the Railways Department at Christchurch, to hold office for a term of two years from and including the 15th day of July, 1940.
