Land proclaimed as Road in Block I, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Clive Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

A. R. P.
0 0 22·8 Lot 3, Deeds Plan 406 (Waikahu Block); coloured pink.
0 1 4·9 Crown land (river-bed); coloured sepia.

Situated in Block I, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1154, green.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94363, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Maungakawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Harataunga Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 26 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 55, Maungatapere Parish.

Situated in Block XIV, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29841.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.
