A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Maungakawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 24·7 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1 on D.P. 14077, being part Kuranui Block.

Situated in Block V, Maungakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30620.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107944, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Whakatane Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 14·9 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 191a, Waiotahi Parish (public school site).

Situated in Block XI, Whakatane Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1586, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101413, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.
