LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 63, folio 127, Gisborne Registry, whereof CHARLES ROBERT WILLIAM SCOTT, of Kaiteratahi, Sheep-farmer, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title for the balance of the land in the said certificate, comprising 1 acre 2 roods 36.35 perches, more or less, being Lots 18, 19, 30, and 31 on Deposited Plan No. 2619 (Town of Pukepapa Extension No. 4) and being parts of Ruangarehu No. 1 Block, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
