1,690 acres), and part of Provisional State Forest No. 1714 (Gazette 1921, page 2738, national-endowment provisional State forest, 1,820 acres) situated in Blocks X, XI, XIII, and XIV, Mawhera-nui Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 12, Block X, Mawhera-nui Survey District, and proceeding along the eastern boundary of the said section to a railway reserve; thence along the railway reserve and the southern boundaries of Sections 13, 105A, and 105 to No Town Road; thence generally south-easterly along the south side of that road to the north-eastern corner of Section 3324; thence along the northern, western, and southern boundaries of that section to the left bank of Ongionui or No Town Creek; thence southerly along the said bank of Ongionui Creek to a point due east of the most eastern corner of Section 2737, Block XIV, Mawhera-nui Survey District; thence along the eastern boundaries of Sections 2737, 2735, and 2333 to No Town Track; thence in a westerly direction along the northern side of No Town Track to the south-eastern corner of Section 2525; and thence along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 2525, 2724, 2721, and 2718 to the point of commencement.
Also all that area containing approximately 20,665 acres being part of Provisional State Forest No. 1707 (Gazette 1921, page 2320, national-endowment provisional State forest, 7,955 acres), part of Provisional State Forest No. 1701 (Gazette 1920, page 2367, national-endowment provisional State forest, 9,250 acres), part of Provisional State Forest No. 1714 (Gazette 1921, page 2738, national-endowment provisional State forest, 690 acres), part of Provisional State Forest No. 1715 (Gazette 1921, page 2738, national-endowment provisional State forest, 1,650 acres), and Provisional State Forest No. 1658 (Gazette 1919, page 1289, ordinary provisional State forest, 1,120 acres), situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI, XII, XIV, and XV, Mawhera-nui Survey District, Blocks IX and XIII, Ahaura Survey District, Block III, Brunner Survey District, and Block I, Kopara Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at the most southern corner of Section 3238, Block XII, Mawhera-nui Survey District, and proceeding along the south-eastern boundary of that section to the top of a high terrace overlooking the Taramakau–Grey Valley Road; thence south-easterly and southerly along the edge of the said terrace to the northern boundary of Section 3213, Block XIII, Ahaura Survey District; thence along the northern and western boundaries of the said Section 3213, the western boundaries of Sections 3214, 3215, 2665, and 2689 to the northern side of a road reserve; thence along the northern side of the said road reserve to the right bank of Deep Creek; thence along the said right bank of Deep Creek to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 2695, Block III, Brunner Survey District; thence north-westerly along a line bearing 326° 30′ for 17700 links; then due east for 20000 links; thence along a line bearing 338° to the northern boundary of Block XIV, Mawhera-nui Survey District; thence along a right line north-easterly to a point on the south bank of Tin Pot Creek in line with the eastern boundary of Section 3401; thence to and along the said eastern boundary of Section 3401 and its production to the north bank of Britton’s Creek; thence along the northern bank of the said creek to a point 1000 links distant from the northern side of No Town Road; thence in a north-westerly direction by lines 1000 links from and parallel to No Town Road to the northern boundary of Section 108; thence along the northern boundaries of that section and Section 3176, and the north-eastern boundary of Section 104 to a point 400 links from the railway reserve; thence north-easterly along a line bearing 69° 30′ to a road reserve; thence along the south side of the said road reserve to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 2903; thence to and along that section boundary to Red Jack’s Creek; thence across that creek and along its right bank to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 105, and to and along that boundary, the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 4, and the latter boundary produced to the left bank of Kangaroo Creek; thence south-easterly along the said creek-bank to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 3237; thence to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Section 3238 to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 126/68, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Also all that area containing approximately 111,577 acres, being Provisional State Forest No. 1590 (Gazette 1919, page 1290, national-endowment provisional State forest, 8,336 acres), part of Provisional State Forest No. 1593 (Gazette 1919, page 1290, national-endowment provisional State forest, 5,817 acres), Provisional State Forest No. 1693 (Gazette 1919, page 1284, ordinary provisional State forest, 53,650 acres), part of Provisional State Forest No. 1594 (Gazette 1919, page 1290, national-endowment provisional State forest, 19,166 acres),

thence southerly along the said bank to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block I, Mawhera-iti Survey District; thence to and along the said boundary, the south-western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, and the northern boundary of Section 2946; thence across a road, and southwards along the western side of the said road to Section 3170, Block X, Mawhera-iti Survey District; thence along the north-western boundaries of the said section and Sections 25, 24, 23, 22, and 180; thence northwards along a line being a production of the western boundary of Section 180 for 1400 links; thence westerly and northerly along lines parallel to and 500 links from a branch of Craigieburn Creek and from Craigieburn Creek to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 2762, Block IX, Mawhera-iti Survey District; thence to a point on the left bank of Craigieburn Creek in line with the south boundary of aforesaid Section 2762; thence northerly along the left bank of Craigieburn Creek to the northern boundary of Block IX, Mawhera-iti Survey District; thence westerly along the said northern boundary of Block IX, Mawhera-iti Survey District, to a point due north of the most western corner of Section 2762; thence due south to the said most western corner of Section 2762; thence along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of that section to a point distant 500 links from the right bank of Craigieburn Creek; thence southerly along a line parallel to Craigieburn Creek to the northern boundary of Section 17, Block IX, Mawhera-iti Survey District;
