ALL that area of land situated within the Rotorua and Taupo Counties and bounded by a line commencing at the Paeroa Trig. Station situated on the Rotorua County boundary in the south-west corner of Block V, Paeroa Survey District; thence continuing in a south-westerly direction in a straight line across country to the south-west corner of Block VIII, Tatura Survey District; thence continuing in a straight line across country in an easterly direction to the south-east corner of Block VIII, Takapau Survey District; thence in a northerly direction taking a straight line across country to the north-east corner of Block VIII, Paeroa Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction to the Paeroa Trig. Station situated on the Rotorua County boundary in the south-west corner of Block V, Paeroa Survey District, being the original point of commencement.
