Consenting to Stopping of Portions of Road in Block I, Hamilton
Survey District, Waipa County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
July, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent
to the Waipa County Council stopping the portions of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Totara Survey
District, Westland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
July, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for ferry purposes over
the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Town of Hawera, Taranaki Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authori-
ties conferred upon him by subsection one (b)
of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks, Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel
the reservation for a site for telegraph station or
other purposes of the General Government over the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land
Act, 1924.

section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Michael Clark,
Joseph Johnston,
Henry Baird,
Walter Black,
Thomas Rattray,
James Allan (jun.),
John Allan,
Kenneth Godfrey Jefferies, and
George McFadzean

to be the Denniston Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Monday, the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and forty, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Denniston School, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

by section forty-four of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint

John Allan Turner,
Geoffrey Pilling Turner,
Richard Alfred Simpson,
Thomas Erlem Simpson, and
Robert Ritchie

to be the Kuaotunu Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby appoint Saturday, the third day of August,
one thousand nine hundred and forty, at half-past
seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the
Kuaotunu Public Library as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.
