Land taken for a Hospital in the City of Wellington subject to
and together with the Benefit of certain Rights.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital subject to and together with the benefit of the rights mentioned in the said Schedule and shall vest in the Wellington Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

FIRST: Approximately 2 roods 27·04 perches, coloured yellow, being portion of Sections 760 and 759, Town of Wellington, and 4·48 perches, coloured sepia, being portion of Section 760, Town of Wellington, being also land marked 'Right of Way' on D.P. 7056, being the land first described in Certificate of Title, Volume 351, folio 277, Wellington Registry, subject to the rights of way over the part coloured sepia created by Memoranda of Transfer registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as Nos. 165946 and 166534, and to Conditions of Consent by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington to the granting or reserving of rights of way registered in the said Land Registry Office as K. No. 1935.

Secondly: One undivided moiety in approximately 3·3 perches, coloured red, being portion of Section 760, Town of Wellington, being the land secondly described in the said Certificate of Title, Volume 351, folio 277.

Thirdly: Approximately 25·51 perches, coloured purple, and 2·86 perches coloured orange, being parts Lot 3, D.P. 6898, being also parts Section 759, Town of Wellington, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 320, folio 282, Wellington Registry, together with the benefit of the rights of way created by Memoranda of Transfer registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as Nos. 167767 and 179204, and subject to Conditions of Consent by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington to a private way over part registered in the Deeds Register Office at Wellington as Outstanding Deed No. 98107 and in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as K. No. 2756, and subject also to the rights of way over the part coloured orange created by Memoranda of Transfer registered in the said Land Registry Office as Nos. 167766, 167767, and 179204.

All situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20443.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107128, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1940.

Additional Land taken for a Native School in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 13 perches.

Being part Parengarenga 5B No. 2B Block.

Situated in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30809.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107506, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1940.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 1·3 perches.

Being part Lot 1 on D.P. 29103, being part Allotment 10, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30757.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107562, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Altering the Boundaries of the Grey Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Grey Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, comprising portions of Mawheraiti and Waitahu Survey Districts, bounded on the north generally by the line forming the northern boundary of the Survey Districts aforesaid, commencing at a point in the centre of the Otututu or Rough River on the boundary of the outer area of the Grey Electric-power District as described in New Zealand Gazette 1922, page 2851, and running thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Blocks I, II, III, and IV, Mawheraiti Survey District, including Section 15, Block III, Sections 8, 3, and 9, Block IV, and all the Railway land on the boundary of Block IV aforesaid, up to the intersection of the north and south line on the eastern boundary of that Block; thence across the Railway land and along that line to its intersection with the line forming the northern boundary of
