NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 2nd day of July, 1940, the following special resolution was duly passed :—

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mr. G. W. REID, of Messrs. W. E. C. Reid and Co., Public Accountants, Dunedin, be, and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
