LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of ALLEN McKENZIE, a Gentleman, and MARGARET McKENZIE, a Spinster, both of Wellington, as tenants in common in the respective shares of two-thirds and one-third for 1 rood 13·6 perches situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 669, and being also Lots 1, 2, and 6 on Deposited Plan No. 2819, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 448, folio 272, Wellington Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
