LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional memorandum of mortgage No. 183856
in the name of THOMAS MASON WILFORD, of Wellington,
Barrister-at-Law, as mortgagee over all that parcel of land
containing 25 perches, more or less, being part of Section 16,
Watts Peninsula District, and being also Lot 28 on Deeds
Plan No. 471, and being the whole of the land in certificate
of title, Vol. 374, folio 103, and evidence having been lodged
of the loss or destruction of the said memorandum of mortgage,
I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional memo-
randum of mortgage as requested after fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
