IN pursuance of the powers in that behalf conferred upon me by the Waterfront Control Commission Emergency Regulations 1940, I, Patrick Charles Webb, Minister of Labour, do hereby appoint
Christopher Vincent Stanich
to be the Waterfront Controller for the Port of Auckland.
