Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block VII,
Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Patetere South Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 3 38·5 } Part Lot 1 of Section 44, Selwyn Settlement ;
1 0 31 } coloured red.
1 2 2·9 Lot 1, D.P. 23866, being part Lot 1 of
Section 44, Selwyn Settlement; coloured
red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 2 29·1 Part Section 43B, and part Lot 1 of Section
44, Selwyn Settlement; coloured green.
2 0 4 Part Section 43B, and part Lot 1 of Section
44, Selwyn Settlement; coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Patetere South Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29726.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105696,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
June, 1940.

Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the
land in the Borough of Hastings described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

mentioned.
