THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Excluding Land from the Waikato Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 5th day of April, 1939, and published in Gazette No. 23 of the 13th day of the same month, at page 936, declaring Parish of Waipipi, Lot 366c and other blocks to be subject to Part I of the said Act, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block XII, Awhitu Survey District, and known as Parish of Waipipi, Lot 366c, containing 16 acres 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 306, folio 214.

Constituting Pirinoa Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Pirinoa Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XV, Wairarapa Survey District, and known as the Awaawaroa 1 Section 3A Block, containing 46 acres 3 roods 14·5 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 30th July, 1908, and being the residue of land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 93, folio 185, Wellington Registry.

Previous notice: No. 45 of 1937 hereby cancelled.
Position: Lat., 38° 40′ S.; long., 178° 02′ E. (approx.).
Details: Continuous watch has been re-established at the signal station. Paragraph “Inner Harbour” on page 224 of the New Zealand Almanac is hereby cancelled and paragraph “Signal Station” on page 225 amended accordingly.
