Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Frederick Charles Coombe of the Public Trust Office, Wellington, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Auckland, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native Land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

ALL that area of Native land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XII, Maraekakaho Survey District, and Block IX, Te Mata Survey District, being that part of the Poukawa Native Reserve called or known as Poukawa No. 7A 2, containing 98 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 7 on Deposited Plan No. 3961, and being part of the land in Certificate of Title, H.B. Vol. 14, folio 284.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Waikato Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in Waikato County, containing by admeasurement 123 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block I, Cambridge Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked N.D. 15/2/236 “A,” deposited in the Head Office of the Native Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 30814.)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 29th day of May, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 46 of the 22nd day of June, 1933, at page 1657, declaring the Te Karaka No. 1A and other blocks to be subject to section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), by excluding therefrom the Native land described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, situate in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District, and known as the Mourea Papakainga 3E 11A Block, containing approximately 5 acres, being part of the land formerly known as Mourea Papakainga 3E 11.
