DISSOLUTIONS OF PARTNERSHIPS.

NOTICES are hereby given as follows:—

1. The partnership which previously existed between ALEXANDER RAYMOND GEE, GARNET LESLIE GEE, and WALTER WILLIAM PRAGNELL and was carried on under the name or style of “Gee Bros.,” at 46A Riddiford Street, Wellington, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 30th day of September, 1939.

2. The partnership which existed between the said GARNET LESLIE GEE and WALTER WILLIAM PRAGNELL alone as from the said 30th day of September, 1939, and was carried on by them under the name or style of “Gee Bros.,” at the said address, was also dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of April, 1940.

All debts due to either of the said firms are to be paid to, and all accounts owing by either of the said firms are to be paid by, the said WALTER WILLIAM PRAGNELL and GARNET LESLIE GEE.

As from the 30th day of April, 1940, GARNET LESLIE GEE will carry on business on his own account as a tiler and contractor at the afore-mentioned address under his own name.
