P URSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations
1939, notice has been received that

Walter Irving Bowyer, and
Walter Alexander Lee
have been duly elected to be members of the Otorohanga
Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regula-
tions.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
P URSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations
1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being
satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the
area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that
such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing
of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined
as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for
the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out
in the said Schedule, and I do hereby declare that this notice
shall take effect on the 6th day of June, 1940.
SCHEDULE.
CENTRAL TARANAKI BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.
ALL that area of land in the Taranaki Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point where Mountain Road
crosses the Kahouri Stream; thence up-stream along the
Kahouri Stream to the north-eastern corner of Section 51,
Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District; thence southerly
generally along the eastern boundary of Section 51, Block
XIII, Huiroa Survey District, and Section 52, Block I,
Ngaire Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of Section
52 aforesaid; thence along the southern boundary of the
said Section 52 to the point where it meets the Cardiff Road;
thence southerly along the Cardiff Road to the south-eastern
corner of Section 38, Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District;
thence westerly along the southern boundary of Section 38,
Block IV aforesaid, to the south-western corner of that
section; thence northerly along Derby Road to the point
where it meets the boundary between Block IV, Kaupokonui
Survey District, and Block XVI, Egmont Survey District;
thence westerly along that boundary to the point where it
crosses the Egmont Forest Reserve boundary; thence
following the boundary of the reserve in a southerly direction
to the point where it crosses the Waingongoro Stream;
thence following the Waingongoro Stream down-stream to
the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block III, Kaupo-
konui Survey District; thence southerly generally along the
boundary dividing Blocks III and IV, to the north-western
corner of Section 45, Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District;
thence along the northern boundary of that section to the
northernmost corner of Section 44; thence southerly along
the western boundaries of Sections 43 and 42, Block IV,
Kaupokonui Survey District, and Section 2, Block VIII,
Kaupokonui Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of
Section 2, Block VIII aforesaid; thence easterly along the
southern boundary of Section 2, Block VIII, Kaupokonui
Survey District, to the north-western corner of Section 6,
Block VIII, Kaupokonui Survey District; thence southerly
along the western boundaries of Section 6, Block VIII,
Kaupokonui Survey District, and Section 19, Block VIII,
Kaupokonui Survey District, to the south-western corner
of Section 19 aforesaid; thence along the southern boundaries
of Sections 19 and 20, Block VIII, Kaupokonui Survey
District, to the south-eastern corner of Section 20 aforesaid;
thence southerly along the western boundaries of Sections
27 and 32, Block VIII, Kaupokonui Survey District, to the
south-western corner of Section 32 aforesaid; thence easterly
along the southern boundary of Section 32 aforesaid, to the
north-western corner of Section 36, Block VIII, Kaupokonui
Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary
of Section 36, Block VIII, Kaupokonui Survey District, to
the boundary between Blocks VIII and XII, Kaupokonui
Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary to the
north-western corner of Section 8, Block XII, Kaupokonui
Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary
of Sections 8, 9, and 10, Block XII, Kaupokonui Survey
District, to the south-western corner of Section 10 aforesaid;
thence along the southern boundary of Section 10 aforesaid,
to the boundary-line of Block XII, Kaupokonui Survey
District, and Block IX, Ngaire Survey District; thence
along the northern boundary of Sections 10 and 11, Block IX,
Ngaire Survey District; thence following the boundary
between Sections 11 and 12, Block IX, Ngaire Survey District,
in a southerly direction to the Eltham Road; thence following
the Eltham Road to a point where it meets the boundary
between Sections 13 and 14, Block IX, Ngaire Survey District;
thence in a northerly direction along the boundary-line of
Sections 13 and 14 aforesaid, to the north-western corner of
Section 14 aforesaid; thence in an easterly direction along
the northern boundaries of Sections 14, 15, and 16, Block IX,
Ngaire Survey District, to Stuart Road; thence southerly
along Stuart Road to a point where the northern boundary
of Section 42, Block IX, Ngaire Survey District, meets
Stuart Road; thence easterly along the northern boundaries
of Sections 42 and 43, Block IX, Ngaire Survey District, to
