Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I and V, Hohoura East Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Hohoura East Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Paekakariki and Belmont Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 26 perches.

Adjoining Sections 101 and 102, Porirua District.

Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, and Block II, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 271/8M and 271/9M.)

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106066, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1940.
