Additional Land near Bay View taken for the Purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier northwards) to take further land near Bay View in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 8 acres 0 roods 11Β·7 perches.
Part of Te Pahou Block, Lots 25 to 36, and part Lots 13 to 24, D.P. 3077.
Situated in Block XVI, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County. (S.O. 1936, red.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6122, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Henderson in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 0Β·9 perches.
Part of Allotment 7, Waiparira Parish.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District. (S.O. 30893.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6128, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1940.
